What You’ll Do

• Stay on Top of Equipment: Operate and regulate ovens, grills, and other kitchen tools; troubleshoot as needed.

• Plan Ahead: Coordinate timing for breakfast, banquets, and peak service periods so everything’s ready when needed.

• Be the Eyes & Ears: Check food temperatures, taste, and quality to ensure perfection.
