Case Manager Negotiator in ARGENTINA BELVEDERE, La Pampa at Distro

Job Description: The Lien Negotiator will manage and negotiate medical liens as part of the settlement and closing process for Personal Injury cases. This role focuses on lien resolution, settlement disbursements, and collaboration with legal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review medical bills, liens, and settlement documentation.

• Negotiate medical liens with providers and lienholders.

• Prepare lien allocation and settlement disbursement summaries.

• Manage a highvolume caseload of active settlement files.

• Coordinate closely with Case Managers and Attorneys to close cases.

• Maintain accurate lien and settlement records in Filevine.

Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in lien negotiation (in a law firm) or Personal Injury closing roles.

• Demonstrated experience negotiating medical liens.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Experience with Filevine preferred.

• Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken).
