This role is focused on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of a large-scale enterprise platform used by global organizations. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test strategies to validate new features and ensure seamless product performance. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will help translate requirements into robust test coverage and identify issues early in the development lifecycle. The position combines hands-on testing with automation and continuous improvement of QA processes and tools. You will also contribute to strengthening CI/CD pipelines and enhancing overall testing efficiency across teams. You will be responsible for ensuring software quality through structured testing, automation, and close collaboration with engineering teams across the product development lifecycle.

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for new features and platform enhancements
• Identify, log, and track defects using issue-tracking systems such as Jira until resolution
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure complete test coverage based on requirements
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
• Perform API testing and validate system integrations across services and components
• Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and CI/CD integration
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input on quality risks and testing strategies
• Analyze test results to identify root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions

You are a detail-oriented QA professional with strong experience in both manual and automation testing within Agile software development environments.

• 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
• Experience in API testing and understanding of backend service validation
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or equivalent systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and product teams
• Good communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced development environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
