  • Cleaning & Housekeeping Support: Assist with cleaning duties across units and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, carpet care, office cleaning, and other sanitation tasks required during turnover periods.
  • Move-In Support: Assist residents and families during move-in activities by helping transport belongings, directing traffic flow, and supporting an organized and positive move-in experience. This role requires professionalism, courtesy, and timely reporting of any resident concerns to on-site leadership.
  • Maintenance Assistance: Support maintenance staff with a variety of tasks including basic unit prep (lightbulb replacement, air filter changes, battery replacements), minor repairs, painting touch-ups, preventative maintenance, and general labor support as needed.
  • Entry into occupied units will only occur when accompanied by authorized on-site personnel. All interactions with residents, families, and guests must remain professional and respectful at all times.
  • All tools and equipment will be provided by on-site leadership. Team members are required to follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment and appropriate hydration, especially during outdoor work.
