HVAC Service Technician in Jacksonville, Florida at All Weather Contractors Inc

Responsibilities and Duties:

This position will support the HVAC service needs of apartment complexes and rental properties. Our Technicians will provide quality service and strong HVAC diagnostic/troubleshooting skills in a variety of situations. Should be able to communicate with the Dispatch group throughout the day and be a team-player with a positive attitude. Professionally represent the Company. Must be able to work an on-call rotation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 4-7 years HVAC service experience with proven track record of quality
Experience with split-system units and multi-family housing.
Work experience with commercial systems and higher level knowledge of HVAC is ideal.
Ability/knowledge to maintain, repair and help install heating, ventilation and cooling units.
Experience with iPads and iPhones needed to complete service tickets.
Must have excellent customer service experience.
Ability to organize inventory, paperwork and process electronic payments.
Possess own tools/gauges (materials will be supplied by company).
Ability to work independently, but maintain contact with Dispatch team.
Proven trouble-shooting and diagnostic experience.
Good communication, professionalism, problem solving skills, and critical thinking.
NATE certified applicants will be given priority.
A clean driving record (will be verified).
Ability to work nights/weekends and take call rotation, as needed
