Seasonal Wildlife Technician

Like working outside, solving problems, and never having two days look the same? As a Seasonal Wildlife Technician, you'll help homeowners and businesses handle nuisance wildlife the right way. One stop might be a raccoon in an attic, the next a bat exclusion on a three-story roof. You'll work alongside experienced technicians who'll show you the ropes, and strong performers often get offered full-time roles when the season ends.

What you'll do

• Drive a company vehicle to client sites across the area
• Assist with humane, code-compliant nuisance wildlife solutions
• Inspect roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and entry points
• Keep your truck stocked and your work documented
• Represent Varment Guard professionally with every customer

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable on ladders, rooftops, and in tight spaces
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100)
• Willing to obtain ODNR Commercial Nuisance Wild Animal Control Operator Certification (we'll support you)
• Wildlife degree or route/customer service experience is a plus
