Responsibilities
The intern will support the Investment and Asset Management teams and receive broad exposure to real estate investment and development Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Evaluation of new business/investments including underwriting, research and due diligence
Providing research, analytical and execution support for new business and investments
Preparation of investment materials for investor outreach and investment committee approval
Support team in asset management of existing properties, including leasing, capital projects, tenant relations and investor relations
Perform Excel-based data entry, reporting, and basic analysis
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
Strong interest in the real estate industry, with an understanding of market dynamics and trends
Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude
Strong communication, interpersonal, and quantitative/analytical skills
- Preference is for at least 6 months of commitment
