Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office procedures, supporting staff and leadership, coordinating administrative activities, and maintaining a productive work environment.
The Office Manager plays a critical role in supporting business operations and serving as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
Oversee scheduling, meeting coordination, and conference room management.
Support onboarding activities for new employees.
Maintain employee records and administrative documentation.
Assist with accounts payable, invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking.
Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
Develop and maintain office policies and procedures.
Monitor office expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
Handle incoming calls, mail, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of office administration or office management experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience supporting multiple departments.
Familiarity with HR processes and payroll administration.
Experience with scheduling, accounting, or ERP software.
