Work Around Helicopters in the Heart of NYC
We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Ramp Agent / Passenger Service Agent to join our team at the Downtown Manhattan Heliport.
This is not a typical customer service job. You’ll work directly around helicopters, assist passengers from check-in through boarding, provide important safety briefings, and help create a memorable experience for visitors from around the world.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct passenger safety briefings prior to helicopter boarding.
• Safely escort and assist passengers to and from aircraft.
• Assist with helicopter boarding and deplaning procedures.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable FAA requirements.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the passenger experience.
• Take passenger photos with helicopters and help create a memorable experience.
• Answer passenger questions and provide assistance as needed.
• Assist with merchandise sales and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive customer and retail areas.
• Restock merchandise and operational supplies.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Support the heliport team with additional operational duties as needed.

• Comfortable working around helicopters and in an active aviation environment.
• Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Able to stand and remain active for extended periods, including 4+ hours.
• Comfortable interacting with passengers from around the world.
• Able to work effectively as part of a fast-moving team.
• Weekend and holiday availability are a must.
Previous aviation experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in hospitality, tourism, airport operations, retail, attractions, or other customer-facing environments is also valuable.
