Youth Apprentice Patient Care in Baltimore, Maryland at LifeBridge Health

Summary: With guidance and oversight of a PCA and under the direction of a RN, performs duties to support the daily care of the patient. As the student progresses in their academic program, some of these skills can be performed when under direct supervision. Assists in providing AM / PM care, which may include, oral hygiene, combing hair, shaving, changing bed linen, cleaning overbed table and bedside stand, and maintaining a safe, orderly room environment.
