Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Secretary to support attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with court filings and legal procedures, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain attorney calendars, including court dates, deadlines, meetings, and depositions
- Coordinate scheduling for hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records in document management systems
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness files, and trial logistics
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, email, and legal correspondence
- Track litigation deadlines and ensure timely filings
- Handle billing, time entry, expense reports, and administrative support as needed

- Minimum of [2–5] years of litigation legal secretary experience preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal court rules and e-filing procedures
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with legal case management and document management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent required; legal secretary certification is a plus
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
- Familiarity with billing software and litigation support platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
