This is a high-impact security engineering role focused on transforming how enterprise business applications are secured across a complex SaaS ecosystem. You will help design and implement a centralized security program spanning hundreds of business tools, ensuring identity, access, and integration controls are robust, scalable, and automated. The role blends deep technical ownership with cross-functional influence across IT, HR, Finance, Sales, and Engineering teams. You will define what “secure by design” means for business applications and embed it across the full application lifecycle. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you will modernize identity and access management practices while driving automation and compliance. This is an opportunity to build foundational security capabilities from the ground up and directly shape enterprise-wide security maturity.

• Design and build a comprehensive business application security framework, establishing standards for secure SaaS and cloud application usage across the organization.
• Own and enhance the security posture of a large ecosystem of business applications, ensuring consistent identity, access, and lifecycle controls.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) models and automate identity lifecycle management, including provisioning and deprovisioning of user access.
• Manage integrations and API connections between enterprise applications, ensuring secure data flow and compliance with security standards.
• Lead application onboarding processes by gathering requirements, defining access models, and validating security configurations for new tools.
• Provide escalation support for access and authentication issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline access management and strengthen overall security operations.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in application security, identity management, and automation.

• 8+ years of experience in application security, identity and access management, or related security engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in identity platforms such as Okta, along with experience in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, and SCIM protocols, and strong understanding of federated identity systems.
• Experience building automation workflows using tools such as Okta Workflows or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS application ecosystems, API integrations, and enterprise security architecture.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging security requirements with business needs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills in complex environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP are a plus.
