This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize high-impact LinkedIn advertising campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. You will be responsible for driving measurable marketing outcomes through data-driven campaign strategies, continuous optimization, and experimentation. The position requires strong analytical thinking combined with hands-on execution across targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand business goals, translate them into effective ad strategies, and ensure campaign performance aligns with KPIs. The environment is highly collaborative, involving coordination with creative and strategy teams while managing multiple accounts simultaneously. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, precision, and continuous improvement in digital advertising performance.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for end-to-end management of LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent performance optimization and strategic alignment.

  • Build, launch, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts, ensuring alignment with KPIs and marketing objectives
  • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies based on ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, industries, and funnel stages
  • Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and campaign research to improve messaging, positioning, and performance outcomes
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and engagement trends
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative adjustments
  • Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps
  • Communicate directly with clients to present performance updates, strategic insights, and optimization plans
Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong experience in paid media, particularly LinkedIn Ads, and thrives in data-driven, client-facing environments. You should be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads campaign management
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and optimizing campaigns for B2B lead generation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or working in an agency environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail in fast-paced settings
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus, along with exposure to B2B, SaaS, or professional services industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
