- Establish governance standards, scalable integration patterns, and system boundaries to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and prevent architectural drift.
- Drive modernization and operational excellence across revenue-critical systems supporting billing, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and contract management.
- Oversee Salesforce and related CRM platforms, ensuring consolidation, standardization, and effective change management across environments.
- Build and mature middleware and API capabilities, implementing durable event-driven integration architectures and reducing dependency on external contractors.
- Lead enterprise automation initiatives, including AI-enabled workflows, robotic process automation, and managed file transfer systems aligned to business outcomes.
- Strengthen customer-facing identity and access management infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, compliance, and improved user experience.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across multiple enterprise domains while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational discipline.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, implementation partners, and globally distributed teams with clear ownership and governance frameworks.
- Partner closely with executive stakeholders to align platform strategy with organizational growth, acquisitions, compliance requirements, and long-term business objectives.
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years leading enterprise engineering or platform organizations at the VP or senior director level.
- Proven track record designing, operating, and modernizing large-scale enterprise ecosystems across multiple business-critical platforms.
- Deep expertise in integration architecture, middleware technologies, APIs, and event-driven system design.
- Strong experience managing and governing enterprise COTS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or equivalent systems.
- Demonstrated success modernizing financial or revenue systems within high-growth, acquisition-driven, or highly regulated organizations.
- Experience consolidating fragmented ownership models and building scalable, durable engineering organizations.
- Strong understanding of governance, operational resilience, compliance standards, and system reliability within healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to make clear architectural and vendor decisions in complex environments.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams and managing large vendor ecosystems effectively.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills and the ability to balance innovation, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Competitive executive compensation package with an estimated cash compensation range of $250,000 – $300,000 USD
- Opportunity to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives in a mission-driven healthcare technology environment
- Remote-first work environment within the United States
- Exposure to cutting-edge AI, automation, and enterprise modernization programs
- Collaborative and high-performing culture focused on innovation and operational excellence
- Career growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organization
- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits
- Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and professional development.
