This role sits at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy, and partner enablement within a fast-growing global cybersecurity organization. It is responsible for designing and managing innovative financing solutions that support channel partners and end customers across North America. The position plays a key role in enabling deal execution by providing structured financial offerings that improve affordability, drive adoption, and support revenue growth. Acting as a trusted advisor to sales, partners, and financial institutions, the role brings financial clarity into complex commercial negotiations. It also ensures governance, compliance, and performance tracking across all financing programs. This is a highly visible position that directly influences partner success, sales effectiveness, and long-term business expansion.
- Design and develop financing solutions tailored to partner and customer needs, including leasing, loans, subscription, and usage-based models.
- Act as the financial lead in commercial negotiations, presenting deal structures, cost comparisons, and financial implications to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, channel, and business development teams to support competitive and structured commercial proposals.
- Analyze credit profiles, business cases, and market conditions to assess risk and ensure viable financing structures.
- Partner with corporate finance, legal, treasury, and risk teams to ensure alignment with governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of financing programs, including implementation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
- Define KPIs, monitor portfolio performance, and assess profitability and risk exposure across financing arrangements.
- Serve as the key liaison between regional commercial teams and corporate finance to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
- Support enablement initiatives by training sales teams on financing offerings and value propositions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in finance, commercial finance, or structured financing programs in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong understanding of financing instruments such as leasing, loans, subscription-based pricing, and structured financial solutions.
- Proven ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including risk assessment and scenario analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in channel ecosystems, technology distribution, or multinational matrix organizations is preferred.
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
- Competitive base salary with on-target earnings between $120,000 and $145,000.
