Full-time / Schedule 5 am to 1 pm

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our breakfast team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and delivering excellent service to our guests. This role is a great chance for culinary professionals to show their skills in a hospitality setting and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate grilled dishes according to hotel standards and menu specifications
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure quality and freshness
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are adhered to during meal preparation
• Assist with catering events or special functions as needed
• Uphold high standards of presentation, taste, and consistency in all dishes prepared

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the dietary department, culinary arts, or restaurant kitchens preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and food handling
• Experience with menu planning, fine dining, or catering is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Food industry or culinary experience is highly desirable
• Serving or food service experience is beneficial but not required
