Managing Attorney, California Law Firm in Sacramento, California at Work Elites, L.L.C.

The Law Offices of James L. Arrasmith is seeking a Managing Attorney licensed in California to oversee legal operations, supervise attorneys and legal staff, and help ensure high-quality representation across the firm’s matters. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced attorney who can manage people, cases, deadlines, client expectations, and legal strategy.
The Managing Attorney will supervise and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff; review pleadings and legal documents; oversee case strategy; monitor caseloads and deadlines; provide guidance on complex legal issues; and work closely with firm leadership on staffing, workflow, training, and performance management.
The ideal candidate has strong litigation or civil practice experience, excellent legal judgment, and prior experience supervising attorneys or legal teams. This role requires leadership, accountability, strong communication skills, and a practical understanding of how to keep a law firm’s legal operations running effectively.

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $200,000 – $300,000 per year.
