Position Summary
The Device Inventory Analyst is responsible for supporting the management, tracking, and recovery of cardiac monitoring devices utilized by patients and healthcare facilities. This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely equipment returns, and exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track cardiac monitoring device inventory assigned to patients and facilities.
- Coordinate device returns, shipping, and recovery efforts.
- Provide support to patients and facilities regarding device-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate inventory and tracking records.
- Monitor outstanding equipment and follow up on overdue returns.
Essential Functions:
- Record, document, and communicate equipment tracking information.
- Monitor outstanding device inventory and recovery status.
- Coordinate courier pickups and shipping arrangements.
- Maintain logs of outstanding patient equipment.
- Assist with invoicing related to unreturned equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department objectives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service, logistics, inventory, or healthcare operations experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback with professionalism.
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership of outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
