Senior Director, Growth Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Growth Marketing in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a growth marketing expert passionate about building scalable revenue and engagement systems within a rapidly evolving digital health environment. The role combines enterprise-focused growth initiatives with member engagement strategies to drive measurable business outcomes across acquisition, retention, and long-term customer value. You will lead cross-functional programs that connect marketing, product, analytics, clinical, and sales functions while shaping the future of a modern revenue marketing organization. The position is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and enjoys balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution. With strong visibility across the organization, this role offers the opportunity to influence growth at scale while building repeatable systems and experimentation frameworks that directly impact both business performance and member experience. Candidates who enjoy innovation, collaboration, and meaningful work in healthcare technology will find a rewarding and mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline generation, revenue impact, and member retention outcomes.
  • Build and scale account-based marketing programs designed to support enterprise growth, client expansion, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
  • Design and optimize engagement programs for active members through education, referral initiatives, seasonal campaigns, community experiences, and retention-focused strategies.
  • Develop repeatable growth systems and structured experimentation frameworks to improve messaging, sequencing, conversion, and engagement performance.
  • Analyze campaign and program performance data to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and long-term growth impact.
  • Define and coordinate multi-channel marketing strategies that ensure seamless customer and member journeys across programs and touchpoints.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Sales, Analytics, Product Marketing, and MarTech teams to align growth initiatives with broader business priorities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team by establishing clear KPIs, accountability structures, and operational processes.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, speed, and operational excellence within the marketing organization.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, revenue marketing, member engagement, or related leadership roles within B2B, B2B2C, healthcare technology, or digital health environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth, customer engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong experience building and scaling account-based marketing and lifecycle engagement programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across both enterprise-focused and customer/member-facing marketing functions.
  • Highly analytical mindset with deep expertise in experimentation, testing methodologies, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in fast-moving and evolving business environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • Experience working within healthcare, benefits, regulated industries, or health technology environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies used to accelerate marketing operations, experimentation, personalization, or content creation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $195,000 to $225,000 annually.
  • Bonus eligibility and opportunity for equity participation.
  • Flexible remote work environment with a globally distributed and collaborative team.
  • Unlimited paid vacation policy with manager approval.
  • Generous paid parental leave program for delivering and non-delivering parents.
  • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, including strong employer-sponsored contributions for employees and families.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Opportunity to work within a mission-driven organization focused on improving health outcomes through innovation and technology.
  • Collaborative culture centered on growth, flexibility, trust, and professional development.
