Lead end-to-end sales strategy execution and team performance while ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved across B2B markets.
- Design and implement AI-driven sales workflows to automate repetitive tasks such as lead scoring, outreach personalization, and follow-ups to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Define and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals, adapting to market shifts, customer needs, and evolving industry trends.
- Oversee AI tool integration within the sales stack, ensuring ethical usage, performance tracking, and alignment with pipeline and revenue KPIs.
- Leverage data analytics and performance insights to guide decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Drive client acquisition by engaging key decision-makers, building strong B2B relationships, and expanding into new industry segments.
- Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and continuous optimization of deal progression.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value propositions and business outcomes for clients.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in B2B sales, combined with a data-driven and technology-forward mindset.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
- Proven success working in startup or high-growth environments with responsibility for revenue targets and team outcomes.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, market dynamics, and enterprise client engagement strategies.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, adapt strategies, and drive performance in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
