We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Administrator to join our team at Ewald's Airstream of Wisconsin in Franklin, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced sales environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or team members
• Greet customers and direct showroom traffic to available Sales Consultants
• Bill vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
• Complete, process, and submit required paperwork and reporting
• Support dealership administrative and sales operations as needed
• Maintain organized records and assist with general office duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dealership or administrative experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
