This role is a high-impact, client-facing performance marketing position focused on driving measurable growth through Meta advertising campaigns. You will own end-to-end management of paid social accounts, from strategy and creative direction to execution and optimization, with direct responsibility for delivering qualified appointments and cost-efficient results. The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, requiring strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and consistent communication with clients. You will act as both strategist and hands-on media buyer, managing multiple accounts while ensuring campaigns continuously improve against strict performance benchmarks. Client interaction is central to the role, including regular performance reviews and strategic alignment calls. Success is defined by your ability to generate predictable results, retain clients, and scale campaigns effectively. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and direct business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage a portfolio of client Facebook (Meta) advertising accounts end-to-end
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
  • Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and structured creative testing frameworks
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimizations to achieve cost-per-appointment targets
  • Write high-converting ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences
  • Develop creative angles, hooks, and messaging variations for continuous A/B testing
  • Collaborate with video editors and creative teams to guide ad production and iteration
  • Conduct bi-weekly client calls to review performance, align on strategy, and define next steps
  • Deliver clear performance reports prior to client meetings with actionable insights
  • Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals
  • Set up and manage tracking infrastructure including pixels, conversion events, and attribution systems
  • Configure integrations such as Calendly, Zapier, and lead routing workflows
  • Troubleshoot technical and performance issues between ad platforms and client systems
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media with a strong focus on Meta/Facebook advertising
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a performance or agency environment
  • Strong track record of achieving KPIs such as cost-per-lead or cost-per-appointment targets
  • Advanced copywriting skills, including experience writing ad copy and video sales scripts
  • Hands-on experience with tracking setup, pixels, conversion events, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in financial services marketing or high-ticket lead generation funnels is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and appointment-based marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with video sales letter methodology is a strong advantage
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently solve performance challenges
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into client-ready insights
  • Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and comfortable working under performance pressure
  • Ability to manage direct client relationships with full accountability for results
