We’re looking for an energetic, people-first Trainer who doesn’t just deliver training - you make it memorable. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new hires and developing our team while strengthening our culture of learning and 5-Star Service.
This role is based on-site in Fort Myers. The starting salary is $51,000.00, with slight variation possible depending on experience. New hires typically begin at or near this starting rate, based on their qualifications and relevant background.
What You’ll Do (and Love Doing)
- Design and facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions for in-person, hybrid and virtual learning environments
- Onboard new hires and help them feel confident from Day One
- Coach employees on technical skills, customer service, and our culture
- Partner with leaders to keep training fresh and impactful
- Provide feedback, track progress, and help continuously improve our training programs

- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Patient, organized, adaptable, and positive
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning tools

- Active learner, always looking to gain expertise to better support trainees
- Associate degree in business, adult learning, or related field; classroom or individual training experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
- Minimum Specialist Level (or equivalent) Tax Collector experience and proficiency with
- Industry standard applications required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Patient, empathetic, and good understanding of adult learning methods.
FLSA Status Description
Work is performed independently under limited supervision with considerable latitude. Position
typically requires processing and interpreting complex, less clearly defined issues.
Work Conditions
Physical Ability: Tasks require the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work,
but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects and material of
medium to heavy weight (20-50 lbs.). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard
or workstation. Tasks may involve extended periods of time standing.
Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate visual cues
or signals, and to communicate orally and in writing.
Environmental Factors: Essential functions are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
