This role sits at the intersection of airport operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic project delivery, supporting a global network of transportation hubs to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to multiple airport sites, helping safeguard operational integrity while driving continuous improvement across safety, sustainability, and service excellence. The position involves working in a complex, multi-jurisdictional aviation environment where regulatory requirements vary across regions and stakeholders. You will also play a key role in coordinating environmental and sustainability initiatives, ensuring accurate data tracking, reporting, and alignment with industry standards. In addition, the role supports major transformation and integration projects, including new airport onboarding and advisory service delivery. This is a highly collaborative, impact-driven position requiring strong coordination across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Accountabilities

You will oversee operational performance across a network of airport sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving improvements in safety, sustainability, and service quality, and supporting strategic projects that enhance overall operational effectiveness.

  • Provide operational oversight and advisory support to airport sites to ensure compliance with safety, security, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives, including emissions data collection, validation, and reporting aligned with industry frameworks
  • Support the development and delivery of annual impact and sustainability reporting in collaboration with network stakeholders
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, preparing briefing materials and guidance for leadership teams
  • Conduct operational audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews across network airports
  • Support emergency preparedness planning, contingency exercises, and safety management system (SMS) implementation
  • Contribute to airport integration projects, advisory engagements, and operational transition activities for new network sites
  • Develop best practice guidance, operational documentation, and process improvements to standardize performance across the network
  • Assist with business planning, budgeting processes, and operational strategy execution across sites
  • Collaborate with aviation authorities and stakeholders to ensure alignment with international and national regulatory frameworks
Requirements

You bring strong experience in aviation or airport operations with a focus on regulatory compliance, environmental management, and cross-functional project delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in airport operations, aviation management, or environmental management within a regulated aviation environment
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks, safety management systems, and airport operational standards
  • Experience working with environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworks
  • Ability to analyze technical and operational data to identify trends, risks, and compliance issues
  • Strong project management skills with experience supporting integration, transformation, or advisory initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience producing technical reports, operational documentation, and policy guidance
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, environmental science, or related field preferred
