Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 pm to 1:30 am

Hourly Rate: $19.35

Location: Westlake, TX.

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old
• You must be flexible and be able to work with our scheduling needs.
• You must have work authorization
• You must have janitorial experience
• You mustbe willing to lead and train a team
• You must able to comply with a fingerprint clearance
• A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts, and a criminal background check is mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Custodial leadership experience is a must

Job Duties:

We are seeking an experienced Janitorial Lead to supervise a dedicated crew. In this hands-on role, you will walk between multiple buildings to monitor performance, ensure quality control, and commit to all the duties. The ideal candidate is a reliable leader who is fully prepared to fill in for team call-outs when necessary.

• General cleaning and any additional requests as needed
• Oversee a group of custodial employees, train employees, and cover shifts
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Interacts with clients and building employees in a respectful, professional, treating others with empathy and dignity.
