Position Summary

The CSA greets customers and ensures a smooth car rental transaction by following all SOPs and work instructions. The CSA offers optional supplementary products, handles phone and counter inquiries, addresses customer concerns, and guides customers through the rental transaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle rental car transactions to accommodate customersUse effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service optionsReceive telephone calls and handle or route customer-related issuesComplete, review, and submit various reports to the supervisor or managerMaintain and update rental agreement filesEnter and maintain information in location logsComplete car exchange requests in the computer systemCommunicate with shuttle driversPerform additional responsibilities as assigned or required
