Support our laboratory customers throughout the US. This role of Electrical/Mechanical Instrumentation Technician is responsible for assembling, testing and repairing our bench top Analyzers.
What You Will Do:
- Assemble / test / repair bench top analyzers
- Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications
- Read blueprints and verify the parts required prior to assembly
- Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem
- Maintain and service all equipment when necessary
- 3 different product lines – not the same thing every day

Requirements:- Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Excellent Soldering / Crimping skills
- Able to use basic hand tools screwdrivers, nut drivers, drill, etc.
- Basic understanding of electricity / use of a standard multi-meter
- Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Good Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suites
- Excellent communication skills
- Work independently and with a team
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail – everything is to be built to exact specifications
- Willing to learn the entire process of assembly / offer suggestions for improvement
