28B - Laundry Attendant in Miami, Florida at NFC Amenity Management

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $16 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned areas

• Follows a detailed and thorough checklist
• Collects, launders, and restocks towels on the pool deck
• Follows the NFC Grooming and Uniform Standard
• Greets clients and guests with approved NFC Greeting of Welcome Back
• Acknowledges all clients with teeth and eyes Smile and Eye Contact
• Reports any mechanical or property issues to the proper personnel
• Clearly communicates with the other team members and the supervisor
• Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
• Arrive at work on time and in uniform
• Always present a professional appearance and attitude

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
• Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
• Effective communication skills and positive engagement with clients.
