Help Drive the Priorities Behind a Growing Organization
Veyra (formerly Integrated Water Services) is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to the CEO who can bring structure, momentum, and exceptional judgment to the center of our executive operations.
This is more than a traditional administrative role. You will serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO, helping manage competing priorities, coordinate high-impact initiatives, and strengthen communication across the executive leadership team. What You’ll Do
Provide Strategic Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including meetings, travel, speaking engagements, and strategic priorities.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up action items.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, meeting requests, and other communications.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including representatives of Veyra’s private equity ownership.
- Track important initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables to support timely execution.
- Assist with preparation for board, executive, investor, and other strategic meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Support the Executive Leadership Team
- Provide administrative support to other executives as business needs require.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, off-site events, and special programs.
- Assist with executive travel, expense reporting, and scheduling.
- Help strengthen collaboration and communication among executive leaders.
Coordinate Projects and Operations
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO and executive team.
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, company events, and organizational communications.
- Help maintain well-organized and fully stocked office meeting rooms and break rooms.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and executive documentation.
- Monitor action items and follow through with multiple stakeholders to ensure completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operating efficiency.
Strengthen Communication and Relationships
- Draft, edit, and proofread executive correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Build strong relationships with employees, customers, board members, and external partners.
- Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across leadership teams.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience handling confidential information and exercising sound discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a CEO or executive leadership team within a growing organization.
- Experience coordinating board meetings and executive-level events.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with HR, finance, and business operations.
- An interest in using new and emerging AI tools to improve team productivity.

Reporting Relationship
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and provides additional support to members of Veyra’s executive leadership team as assigned.

Salary range*: $85,000-$95,000
*The provided base salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
