Position Summary:
Using a customer relationshipmanagement tool, employees will conduct calling campaigns designed to provideinformation to prospective and current students, solicit feedback, buildrapport, encourage enrollment, and document the history of their calls. Typically,calls will take place between 5:00PM and 8:00PM, Monday through Thursday.Positions are in Admissions Office and located at the Student Support ServicesCenter directly north of the Pit.
