- Prepare, organizing and maintaining correspondence, administrative and other files
- Manage budgetary information, coordinating invoice payments
- Draft routine documents/agreements
- Processing of travel expense reports for team members
- Create & distribute department communications as required
- Responsible for coordinating departmental records management, maintain office supplies, and coordinate interoffice mail / courier
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Liaise with other departments and teams to resolve issues
- Support other Administrative Admins across departments as required with visits, travel arrangements/expense reports etc...
- Field day to day departmental administrative inquiries and problem solve issues
Position Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business (or related) or equivalent or significant related experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 7+ years as an administrative assistant preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
- Good judgment, discretion, ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials
- Ability to take initiative and adjust priorities based on departmental initiatives
- Ability to multi-task and work well within a team environment with limited supervision and time constraints
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
