1 Position Description Position: Member Services Rep Reports to: Club Events Manager Classification: Hourly Non-exempt Job Summary: Big Easy Ranch is seeking a professional, organized, and service-oriented Member Services team member to serve as a primary point of contact for members and guests while supporting daily ranch operations and enhancing the overall member experience. As a private members-only sporting club, Big Easy Ranch is committed to providing exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and memorable experiences. Reporting to the Club Event Manager, the Member Services team member is responsible for assisting members and guests, coordinating communications between departments, supporting club events and activities, and ensuring outstanding service throughout every interaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the high standards of the ranch. Interaction: Team Members at all levels, Owners, Members and Guests Essential Functions: • Greet members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. • Serve as a primary point of contact for member and guest inquiries, requests, and general assistance. • Maintain thorough knowledge of ranch amenities, lodging accommodations, dining options, activities, events, membership policies, and operating hours. • Provide personalized service by anticipating member and guest needs whenever possible. • Assist members and guests with questions regarding ranch amenities, services, activities, and events. • Provide information and support to members before, during, and after their visits. • Coordinate member requests and communicate needs to the appropriate departments. • Answer telephone calls using proper greeting and telephone etiquette standards.
