Asst. Maintenance in Ypsilanti, Michigan at Tarantino Properties Inc

Sycamore Meadows is now seeking a Full Time HVAC Apartment Maintenance.

Responsibilities:

· Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner

· Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair

· Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements

· Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas

· Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Must meet the following qualifications:

· At least 6 months of onsite experience

· Possess valid Identification

· A/C certification – HVAC

Requirements: 3-5 years of maintenance experience required with ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repair and installation. Ability to work independently in a high-stress environment that requires prioritization and organization.

Additional Details: Must have own general tools to include drill, drill bits, screwdrivers, wrenches, level.
