Maweh Solutions is expanding our statewide Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) team and is seeking dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Pay: Starting at $20/hour
Location: Statewide Indiana
Schedule: Part-time and flexible; assignments vary based on participant needs, location, and availability.

Current Priority Areas: Hancock, Bartholomew, Dubois, Ohio, Pulaski, Vanderburgh, Vigo, Cass, Montgomery, Martin, Wabash, Perry, Knox, Clark, Warrick, Gibson, Madison, Boone, and Porter counties, with additional opportunities developing throughout Indiana.

• Support daily living skills, independence, and community participation.
• Help individuals work toward individualized goals.
• Follow person-centered support, behavioral, health, and safety plans.
• Complete required service documentation.
• Provide patient, respectful, consistent, and professional support.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be dependable, professional, patient, and compassionate.
• Must be able to follow individualized plans and complete required service documentation.
• Must successfully complete required background screening, CPR, Indiana Home and Community Support Professional (HCSP) requirements, and other applicable training before providing services.
• Reliable transportation is required for assignments involving travel or community-based support.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IDD/autism services, direct support, ABA/RBT services, behavioral health, special education, social work, human services, caregiving, or related fields. Students pursuing related degrees are encouraged to apply.
