Jaxon is looking for a Superintendent to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.

Salary: $100,000-$125,000
Schedule: Full-Time
Travel Requirement: While this role is primarily a position located in Colorado Springs, Superintendents should be prepared to travel often and as needed. Travel expenses are paid by the company.
Security Clearance Requirement: This role requires the ability to acquire Department of Defense Top-Secret Security Clearance

Requirements:Primary Duties
- Owns client and project meetings and provides on-site field coordination
- Coordinates with procurement and production teams to support project schedules and material delivery
- Communicates project risks, delays, and schedule impacts to stakeholders
- Manages on-site relationships with customers, prime contractors, and trade partners while coordinating across internal departments
- Manages on-site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment maintenance
- Oversees construction shipments, packing lists, and logistics
- Maintains traceability documentation requirements for products and materials throughout the project lifecycle
- Identifies and communicates scope creep or potential change order opportunities/issues
Required Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of superintendent experience
- Ability to oversee and lead multiple large-scale construction projects
- Ability to effectively coordinate, manage and communicate project schedules with managers, internal departments, teaming partners, and prime contractors
- Ability to maintain a 1–3 month outlook for manpower, space, tools/equipment, and material planning
- Ability to perform constructability and drawing reviews

Must have the ability or willingness to do the following:
- Obtain United States Passport
- Use grinders, chop saws, drills, plasma cutters and both scissor lift & variable-reach forklifts
- Ability to bend over, kneel and crouch for long periods of time, & able to lift at least 50 lbs
