This senior leadership role will shape and scale a global technology services practice spanning enterprise marketing technology and web engineering.
You will own the quality, profitability, delivery, and strategic direction of complex client engagements from pre-sale through execution.
The role combines executive-level client advisory with hands-on technical leadership across major Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.
You will build scalable operating models, architectural standards, governance frameworks, and delivery processes in a rapidly evolving environment.
You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and technology specialists while fostering technical excellence and accountability.
Working closely with Sales, Alliances, Operations, and Delivery teams, you will strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
This is an opportunity to build a high-impact technology practice with significant autonomy, influence, and exposure to complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Own technology services delivery across multiple active engagements, ensuring technical quality, timely execution, scope alignment, client satisfaction, and healthy margins.
  • Act as a senior strategic and technical advisor to clients, translating complex architecture, engineering, and marketing technology capabilities into clear business outcomes.
  • Provide direct technical leadership on complex or high-stakes engagements when necessary, protecting delivery quality and resolving critical challenges.
  • Contribute technical leadership to RFP and RFI responses, ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Establish architectural standards, delivery governance, quality frameworks, scoping practices, and technical controls across the technology services organization.
  • Lead, mentor, develop, and retain Directors, senior architects, engineers, and platform specialists across Adobe, Salesforce, and web engineering disciplines.
  • Build a culture centered on technical excellence, accountability, continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Define best practices for system integrations and email engineering, including responsive design, rendering compatibility, templating architecture, and deployment workflows.
  • Identify and develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, automation opportunities, and AI/ML-enabled capabilities that increase delivery efficiency and scale.
  • Partner with Sales and executive leadership on pipeline development, strategic opportunities, partner co-selling, and positioning of technology capabilities.
  • Establish operating rhythms and scalable processes across matrixed, cross-functional teams while bringing structure to an evolving practice.
  • Partner with Sales, Alliances, Business Operations, and Delivery Management to create seamless transitions from pre-sale through implementation.
  • Develop scalable delivery frameworks and technical governance models that reduce variability, improve operational efficiency, and protect profitability.
  • Proactively identify operational, technical, and financial risks and close gaps before they affect clients or business performance.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing technology, solution architecture, software engineering, digital consulting, or a related field, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success leading delivery across multiple complex engagements simultaneously within a consulting, agency, or professional services environment.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in at least one major Adobe ecosystem capability, such as AEP, AEM, CDP, Marketo, AJO, or CJA, or Salesforce ecosystem capability, such as Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Account Engagement, Agentforce, or Sales Cloud.
  • Working fluency across both Adobe and Salesforce technology ecosystems.
  • Strong expertise in email engineering, including HTML/CSS, responsive design, cross-client and cross-device rendering, ESP integrations, and templating frameworks.
  • Broad understanding of enterprise data architecture, identity resolution, customer 360 strategies, and modern marketing technology environments.
  • Experience integrating marketing technology platforms with data warehouses, CRM systems, CMS platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience applying or enabling AI and machine learning capabilities across marketing, customer data, or technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where processes and organizational structures must be developed alongside execution.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to build alignment and influence outcomes without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to advise and influence VP- and C-suite-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of delivery economics, scoping, margin management, and client relationship development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and establish standards, processes, and operating models from the ground up.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States or Canada; candidates must be located in North America.
  • Ability to work fully remotely; relocation assistance is not available.
Benefits:
