Davis Brooks is seeking our next great team member to join us as a full-time Lot Attendant! The Lot Attendant is responsible for receiving, moving, arranging and maintaining the appearance of vehicles and ensuring our lot is neatly and methodically arranged to showcase our vehicles.

In this role, you can expect to work Monday to Friday with hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and earn an hourly wage of $15-$17 per hour based on previous related experience. This position is a temporary position with the opportunity to become a permanent in the future.

Essential Job Duties

  • Receive and inspect new vehicle deliveries for damage, verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice and record any vehicle damage or missing accessories.
  • Park and organize new and used vehicles on the lot in an orderly manner
  • Catalogue, store and file keys, manuals, fobs etc. for vehicles.
  • Maintain the appearance vehicles on the lot including washing, and snow removal.
  • Take pictures of new and used vehicles and write descriptions on the vehicles for our website.
  • Complete lot maintenance tasks including snow removal, garbage pick-up and other tasks to keep the lot looking tidy and safe
  • May be asked to drive shuttle as required

Qualifications of Our Ideal Candidate

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform physical work.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract.
