Restaurant Server in Hamburg, New Jersey at CS RESORT MANAGER

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking experienced Restaurant Servers who are passionate about delivering exceptional food & beverage service and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Greet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner
• Guide guests through menu selections by providing knowledgeable recommendations and performing menu tours
• Maintain a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings, including preparation methods and ingredients
• Serve food and beverages while following all safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
• Stock and maintain inventory levels within designated workstations
• Ensure full compliance with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding dining experience

• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor
• Previous restaurant service and POS system experience preferred
• Strong teamwork mentality and willingness to support fellow staff members
• Knowledge of basic sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety practices
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Weekend and holiday availability required
