Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery across large-scale technology engagements, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, and client outcomes
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted executive-level partner and primary program contact
  • Define program vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned on priorities and delivery goals
  • Oversee a distributed team of 40–50 professionals, ensuring clarity of ownership, accountability, and performance
  • Monitor program health, risks, financial performance, and delivery quality, proactively addressing issues before escalation
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, team structures, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial alignment, resource planning, and account growth opportunities
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology or consulting programs in complex client environments
  • Proven experience managing programs of $5M+ annually with responsibility for budget, margin, and financial performance
  • Demonstrated leadership of large, cross-functional teams (30+ members) across distributed environments
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and navigate high-stakes organizational dynamics
  • Experience making strategic resourcing and delivery decisions that balance performance and profitability
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify risks and support account growth and renewals
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and global teams
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 USD
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) with company contribution
  • Generous PTO and 15 company-wide holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • Remote-first flexibility with a strong emphasis on work-life balance
  • Career growth opportunities within a global, innovation-driven organization
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture with active employee resource groups
