  • Build, maintain, and execute structured test suites, ensuring complete coverage of new features and system changes with accurate test data and expected results.
  • Monitor testing progress, report status, and escalate risks or defects that may impact timelines, scope, or quality.
  • Participate in defect triage, impact analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and efficiency.
  • Mentor and support junior QA team members through peer reviews, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 2 years in a senior QA role.
  • Strong ability to interpret business and technical requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
  • Experience in interface testing and complex system validation.
  • Knowledge or exposure to pension plan administration systems is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset with a user-centric approach to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability for deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States if required.
Benefits
  • Competitive and comprehensive compensation aligned with experience and expertise.
  • Flexible work environment supporting work-life balance and remote collaboration.
  • Health, wellness, and financial benefits designed to support physical, mental, and financial well-being.
  • Retirement savings and long-term financial planning options.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and career development within a global organization.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation and meaningful impact.
  • Access to advanced technology platforms and large-scale digital transformation projects.
