POSITION SUMMARY:

The Brand Ambassador represents the company as the face of our long-standing products and services. This role provides hands-on training and career growth opportunities, starting on the ground floor to develop the skills and techniques needed for success. The Brand Ambassador engages with clients in retail locations, events and shows to promote products, generate qualified leads for the Sales Department, and supports the mission of delivering the best home remodeling experience.

This can be a Part-Time or Full-Time position working varied hours at a retail location!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• The Brand Ambassador will work offsite and represent the company in various retail locations, events and shows.
• Participates in comprehensive training sessions.
• Builds expertise in window and door products while ensuring clients receive accurate information and exceptional service.
• Supports brand awareness initiatives by showcasing the company’s reputation and commitment to quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow through structured training.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Reliable transportation to retail locations.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in (sales, retail, hospitality, or promotions).
• Familiarity with home improvement products or remodeling services.
• Interest in career growth within sales and marketing.

HOURS VARY:

• Saturday and Sunday (Required)

PAY RATE:

$18-$20/Hourly with the opportunity to earn bonuses for scheduling leads.
Bonus for issued lead example:

• 4 issued leads per week= $400
• 7 issued leads per week = $875

LICENSES, CERTIFICATION, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record under the company’s insurance policies.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must be able to travel to various locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to perform physical tasks, including standing in one location for extended periods.
• Position operates a computer for scheduling appointments, CRM data entry etc.
• Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or materials
• Must be able to exert up to fifty pounds of force occasionally and up to twenty pounds of force frequently
