Line Service Technicians for Sacramento International, Executive and Mather airports, seeking personnel for Sacramento Jet Center in general aviation aircraft refueling and ground handling. We offer a paid training program, and opportunities for advancement, apply today!

This position is responsible for serving the customer's needs and the requirements of their aircraft in accordance with Sacramento Jet Center's policies and procedures.

• Responsible for refueling all types of aircraft on a daily basis. Must be familiar with the specific refueling requirements of each type of aircraft.
• Must have strong working knowledge of aircraft ground handling including: towing, disconnect, and the proper turn radius procedures for each type of aircraft.
• Provides service to aircrafts using various types of ground support equipment, i.e. use of GPU for aircraft engine starts and ground power, use of lavatory cart and servicing procedures.
• Will use crew/ground radios for communication with supervisors along with working knowledge of proper radio etiquette.
• Will provide aircraft with ice, coffee, catering and other necessary services.
• Provide transportation for customers and pilots to and from aircraft, hotels, and local restaurants.
• Will be responsible for daily equipment preventive maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Must be able to communicate courteously with customers, customer service representatives, and fellow line service technicians for a variety of needs.
• Other duties may be assigned, as needed

• Must be at least age 18 and possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.
• Operations will run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Ability to work nights and/or weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be able to complete NATA Line Service training program.
• Must be able to pass a FAA required 10-year background check.
