ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:
* Undertake the tasks of receiving high volume calls, take messages and routing
correspondence
* Greet all visitors to the office and notify staff members of their arrival
* Proofread, distribute and file Executive team correspondence.
* Miscellaneous duties include receptionist support, fax and copy machine
maintenance (fill with paper, distribute faxes, replace toner, etc.), and
assisting with company sponsored events as requested.
* Duties may change from time to time at the employer’s discretion.
* Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external
clients
* Prepare shipping packages for Fedex
* Handle requests and queries appropriately
* Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
* Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
* Produce resumes through staff interviews
* Organize Company events and travel- booking and confirmation of vendors,
monitor responses,
Qualifications:
Required Knowledge:Knowledge of related computer applications (Excel, Word,
etc.)
Skills/Abilities:Good typing skills and ability to use computer applications and
telephone,Attentive to detail, accurate and well organized, Cooperative and
willing toassist others and work in a team environment, Ability to communicate
bothverbally and in writing in a professional manner
Notary a plus
