Well groomed ( Male no beard and Female Hairs tied up ) Uniform: Clean and press uniform every shift including apron if applicable Punctuality: should have a reliable mode of transport to arrive at work on time. Team player: should be able to work with different people under stress full situation Personality: should be peoples person and able to interact with guests and other team members. Professional: should be very professional throughout his/her work shift and while at work location. Respectful: should be very respectful towards guests and team members. Multi-Tasking: should be able to perform multiple job functions at one time Honest: be able to take the responsibility of his/her actions Optimistic: positive attitude and be able to take positive constrictive feedback Dedicated : should be performance driven better and have drive to move up the leaders (able to learn and adopt changes as they comes and be ready for new challenges
