Field Supervisor in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu at Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd

About the role

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to supports day-to-day activities that ensure smooth, efficient business processes and functions. The role requires exceptional time management skills, good communication abilities and an understanding of task tracking and project management approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Office Management Tasks

• Post fieldwork report submission to Group Leader by the deadline given.
• Giving overall project feedback/key learning to respective Activation & Planning Team.
• Training arrangement.
• Field visitation plan.
• Uniform arrangement.

Conduct Weekend Fieldwork Tasks

• Project Delivery Order check - sample stock & accessories.
• Responsive Ad Hoc request from Group Leader, Activation & Planning Team.
• Recruiting & Selecting new SV candidates during fieldwork.
• Reporting.

Requirement(s):

• Possess at least SPM certificate or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in the FMCG industry.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Able to lead by example, maintain good spirits and contribute team morale.
• Results‐oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work on weekends.
