  • Manage external research vendors and collaborate with procurement teams to optimize insight generation processes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Mentor and develop a team of analytics and insights professionals while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, analytics, or related functions within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong background in diagnostics, healthcare technology, medical devices, or related healthcare sectors preferred.
  • Proven success developing and leading Voice of Customer (VoC) programs and customer-centric research strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in data analysis methodologies, reporting tools, and customer insight frameworks.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders across product, marketing, commercial, and executive teams.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and customer behavior modeling is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to mentor high-performing analytics and research teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments is a plus.
Benefits:
