- Lead and manage comprehensive market research initiatives to identify customer needs, market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive insights within the healthcare landscape.
- Develop and execute a scalable Voice of Customer (VoC) strategy that embeds customer feedback into organizational decision-making and long-term business planning.
- Design and oversee quantitative and qualitative research programs that generate actionable insights for product, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Analyze customer, physician, patient, and market data to identify growth opportunities, improve customer experiences, and support strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain advanced analytics capabilities, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product management, sales, marketing, and data science teams to align insights with business objectives.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts by monitoring traditional and emerging market players, summarizing findings, and communicating strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Manage external research vendors and collaborate with procurement teams to optimize insight generation processes and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor and develop a team of analytics and insights professionals while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, analytics, or related functions within the healthcare industry.
- Strong background in diagnostics, healthcare technology, medical devices, or related healthcare sectors preferred.
- Proven success developing and leading Voice of Customer (VoC) programs and customer-centric research strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in data analysis methodologies, reporting tools, and customer insight frameworks.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders across product, marketing, commercial, and executive teams.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and customer behavior modeling is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to mentor high-performing analytics and research teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments is a plus.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 USD
- Target total cash compensation between $207,000 and $230,000 USD including bonus eligibility
