Job Description

Director of School Partnerships

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of School Partnerships in United States.

This role is a high-impact, revenue-driving leadership position focused on expanding partnerships with K–12 school districts and education agencies across assigned U.S. territories. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts while building long-term relationships with district administrators and special education leaders to support student success through innovative education services. The position blends strategic territory development with hands-on consultative selling, requiring both strong relationship-building skills and disciplined pipeline execution. You will play a key role in shaping how school systems access and adopt specialized learning solutions, working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding. This is a mission-driven role suited for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments and is motivated by measurable educational impact. Occasional travel is required to support conferences, in-person meetings, and district engagement activities.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own territory growth and revenue generation across K–12 school districts while building strong institutional partnerships.

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to expand adoption of services across assigned regions
  • Drive full-cycle sales activity from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with district leaders, special education administrators, and key decision-makers
  • Manage pipeline activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft to ensure consistent forecasting and conversion
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to understand district challenges and tailor solution offerings accordingly
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction
  • Track education policy, funding models, and market trends to inform outreach and positioning strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and pipeline targets on a quarterly and annual basis
Requirements:

You bring a strong background in education-focused sales or K–12 services, combined with a consultative and relationship-driven approach.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in EdTech sales, education services, or K–12-focused roles (including teaching or administration experience)
  • Strong understanding of the K–12 education ecosystem, particularly special education and student support services
  • Proven success in managing complex, consultative sales cycles and building long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a results-oriented and self-motivated mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education or school leadership experience is a plus
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work within the United States with flexible working arrangements
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
  • Equity options as part of the total compensation package
  • Generous paid time off, sick leave, and parental leave policies
  • Home office support and remote work setup flexibility
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization focused on improving student outcomes
  • Travel opportunities (approximately 15–20%) for conferences and district engagement
