The position offers broad visibility across executive leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic priorities at scale. Ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, this role combines strategic thinking, program management expertise, and relationship-building capabilities. With a fully remote setup and exposure to cutting-edge enterprise technology initiatives, this role provides both flexibility and strong career growth potential.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and lifecycle management of strategic partner programs across onboarding, enablement, scaling, and optimization initiatives.
  • Translate partnership and alliance strategies into structured operational plans, timelines, governance models, and measurable success metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, partner enablement, and operations to align program priorities and execution.
  • Develop and optimize partner tiering frameworks, engagement models, investment structures, and scalable regional processes to support long-term ecosystem growth.
  • Establish partner performance tracking through dashboards, scorecards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes that improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Drive adoption and enhancement of partner-facing tools, onboarding resources, communications, and enablement infrastructure.
  • Manage strategic initiatives tied to ecosystem expansion, reseller models, ISV programs, co-selling motions, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate executive-level engagement initiatives, stakeholder communications, and mitigation strategies to proactively address risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure program documentation, compliance standards, and operational controls align with organizational policies and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through quarterly business reviews, OKR planning, process optimization, and scalable program standardization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, product management, alliances, consulting, software sales, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and executing strategic programs in fast-paced technology or SaaS environments.
  • Strong experience managing projects from initiation through completion, including scope management, stakeholder coordination, timelines, and execution planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and executives.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and evaluate program performance through data-driven insights.
  • Ability to build trusted internal and external relationships while driving alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with Corporate Performance Management solutions and enterprise software ecosystems is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; MBA or advanced business degree is considered a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or alliance partnership environments is advantageous.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as needed.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package ranging from $151,000 to $196,000 annually, with additional variable compensation opportunities.
  • Fully remote work arrangement within the United States.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life insurance and short-term/long-term disability protection.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid vacation and company holidays.
  • Professional development and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Collaborative and supportive work culture focused on innovation, transparency, and customer success.
  • Exposure to high-impact strategic initiatives and career advancement opportunities within a growing global organization.
