You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives across clients and internal teams. Acting as both a delivery leader and hands-on contributor, you will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple workstreams. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate program-level goals into actionable project plans and milestones. You will also engage directly with clients and leadership teams, providing visibility into progress, performance metrics, and delivery outcomes. • Lead and manage medium-sized project teams while contributing directly to execution across complex, multi-workstream programs
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between client stakeholders, internal teams, and leadership to ensure smooth delivery
• Track, analyze, and report project performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Prepare statements of work (SOWs), ensure stakeholder alignment, and secure approvals for project scope and deliverables
• Support staffing efforts, mentor junior team members, and provide guidance to ensure quality and timely execution
• Ensure consistent communication of project status, updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

• 6+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs through full project lifecycle delivery
• 3+ years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare-related project environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, with PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and project governance in structured delivery environments
• Experience translating strategic program objectives into detailed, executable project plans and milestones
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring, guiding, or supervising project team members
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
